For owner-run businesses of 5 to 50 people, where the owner still answers the phone
Take back control of your business.
The calls you can't get to. The leads nobody followed up. The invoices that wait until Sunday night. Thirtyfold Labs takes that load off your desk and runs it for you, so you lead with confidence instead of reacting all day.
Your phone gets answered every time.
Nights and weekends included. Appointments booked, messages taken, nothing lost to voicemail.
Every lead gets followed up.
The same day, then again, until they decide. Your pipeline stops shedding customers.
The back office runs without you in the middle.
Invoices, scheduling, daily logs, reminders. You see a report, not a pile.
Sound familiar?
You built the business. Now the business runs you.
The pipeline sheds customers.
Calls go to voicemail. Quotes go out late. Nobody follows up twice. The customer you lost never told you why.
The website looks fine and does nothing.
People land, look, and leave. It has never once handed you a job.
The business lives in your head.
Scheduling, invoicing, technician logs, payroll, the plan for the week. Nothing moves until you touch it.
You react all day and lead none of it.
Evenings are for catching up. The thinking, the planning, the growth never gets a turn.
Every one of these costs money you never see leave.
What we build and run
The routine work, taken off your desk and run for you.
Behind it are AI agents that answer, follow up, sort, and bill, a website built to bring in work, and a team that watches all of it. You never learn the software. You approve what the agents may do on their own, and we handle the rest.
The Thirtyfold Workforce
- Front desk
An AI receptionist on your line that answers, books, takes messages, and routes anything urgent to a person.
- Inbox
Reads every email, sorts what matters, drafts the routine replies, and flags what needs you.
- Pipeline
Follows up every lead, keeps the CRM current, and tells you who is ready to buy.
- Back office
Invoicing, scheduling, daily logs, and reminders, on the systems you already use.
- A website that sells
Built to turn visitors into calls, and connected to the agents that answer them.
- Operated for you
We watch it, fix it, and tune it. Once a month you get a report you can read in five minutes.
Some businesses need all of it. Some need one piece. The Readiness Check tells you which, before you spend anything.
How it works
Three steps, and one rule.
Take the Readiness Check.
Five minutes. You get a scored report on your phone, inbox, pipeline, back office, and website, with your biggest leak named.
We talk for thirty minutes.
We map where calls, leads, jobs, and money actually move in your business. You leave knowing what to fix first and what it costs.
We build it, then run it.
The first piece goes live, then the next. Monthly fee, monthly report. You lead; the work gets done.
Our one rule: biggest leak first.
We start with the one thing costing you the most, whether that is the phone, the follow-up, the website, or the invoices. Nothing else gets built until that leak is closed and you can see the difference.
That is how a business this size should take on new systems: one working piece at a time, each one paid for by the last.

What working with us is like
Plain answers to the questions owners ask us.
Where does it run? On systems Thirtyfold operates, connected to your phone line, inbox, calendar, and invoicing. You do not install anything or learn a new program.
What can the agents do on their own? Only what you have approved. Everything else gets handed to a person on your team with a note on what to do next.
Do we replace people? No. The agents take the routine work off your staff so they can do the work only they can do.
What does it cost? A build fee for each piece and a monthly fee to run it. The price is set after the Readiness Check and the call, because it depends on what you need and what you already have.
How long until something is live? The first agent is the fastest. The call will give you a date for it.
What if we only need a website? Then that is what we build. The Readiness Check will say so.
Find your biggest leak. Then let us close it.
