Where does it run? On systems Thirtyfold operates, connected to your phone line, inbox, calendar, and invoicing. Most of the time there is nothing new to learn. When we build you something new to look at, a website or a view of your numbers, we walk you through it.
What runs it? Agents we build and operate. You see the work done and a report once a month; we handle the rest.
What can the agents do on their own? Only what you have approved. Everything else gets handed to a person on your team with a note on what to do next.
Do we replace people? No. The agents take the routine work off your staff so they can do the work only they can do.
What does it cost? A build fee for each thing we build and a monthly fee to keep it running. The price is set after the Fit Check and the call, because it depends on what you need and what you already have.
